TAGNTAG is built on challenging other people. That is the fun of it, and it is also the risk, so this page is about the second part.
The rule everything else follows from
A harder challenge means more skill, more precision, or less time. It never means more danger. Anything involving heights, fire, water, traffic, electricity, weapons, fighting, going without food, or swallowing something that is not food is not a challenge on TAGNTAG and will be refused.
You never have to accept
Declining is private. The person who sent it is not told, nothing appears on your profile, and the challenge simply stops existing. There is no streak to protect and no penalty for passing. If a challenge feels wrong, that is reason enough.
What to do when something goes wrong
- Report it. There is a report option on posts, comments, profiles and challenges. Reports are private — the person you report is never told who reported them.
- Block them. Blocking works in both directions and across the whole platform: feed, profile, messages, comments and TAGs. They cannot reach you and you will not see them.
- Mute them. If you want someone out of your feed without blocking them, mute does that quietly. They are not told.
What happens to a report
Reports about danger to a person or a child jump to the front of the queue, and the content is hidden while it is looked at. A person reviews it and decides. If something of yours is removed, you are told and you can appeal, and the appeal is reviewed by someone other than whoever made the first decision.
If you are under 18
Younger accounts start more private, and some of those settings cannot be loosened. Tell someone you trust if an adult on any platform makes you uncomfortable.
If you are struggling
If you are thinking about harming yourself, please talk to someone today. In the UK, call Samaritans free on 116 123, any time. In the US, call or text 988. Elsewhere, findahelpline.com lists a service for your country. TAGNTAG is not a crisis service and cannot provide help of that kind.
Being someone who makes it better
The best challenge is one the next person can actually do, with what they already have, in under a minute. Send those.
The rules in full are in the terms, and what we hold about you is in the privacy policy.
